In Intro to Comics, students will learn the industry terms and process to take a comic from idea to realization. This course will start with the basics of visual storytelling and take the students through the process of creating a unique character design, an original story idea, and the execution of those ideas. Students will leave the course with the ability to design their own characters, make their own comics, and tell their own stories. 

Students will learn new, unique techniques in the following:

  • Thumb-nailing
  • Penciling
  • Inking
  • Lettering
  • Book Binding

Classical Art is a recommended prerequisite, but not required.

Tuition: $85/Month for 9 months

First Semester: $340

Second Semester: $425
