Instructor

Linda Richardson graduated from Furman University with her degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. She worked in an inner-city school in Atlanta where she was recognized as Teacher of the Year. Additionally she was selected as an “Expert Teacher”, served as an advisory teacher for student teachers and was a presenter and trainer for language arts and writing instruction. She has also worked as a curriculum director, a reading tutor, and an English teacher at a local private school.

Two of her children have graduated from Metro Academic Studies and are currently in college; her oldest has graduated from college and is working. She has worked with many home educated families either in her own home, the student's home, in a hybrid class, or online. Linda is thrilled to partner with your family.
