Health (fall only)
During this one semester graduation requirement course, students will learn safety, nutrition, mental health (stress management), substance abuse prevention, disease prevention, environmental health, health careers, consumer health and community health. Students are encouraged to set personal fitness, nutrition and activity goals to develop the kind of healthy habits that will last a lifetime. The overall goal of this course is for students to learn about a wide variety of health topics and be able to make positive health decisions for themselves in the future.
