Fun! Fun! Fun!  IF YOUR KIDS LOVE ART HISTORY & PAINTING SIGN UP!  Students progress in a classroom environment using the history of color theory to build a solid foundation of painting with acrylic and watercolor techniques.   Students will start at their current level of artistic ability moving to higher levels of personal success. They will be practicing step by step instructional exercises chosen for usefulness toward mastering particular skills in painting.  Second semester students will study composition and style by choosing something important to them as they discover individual creativity.  They will be composing art works by drawing with our Touchpoint drawing method and then using paint with layering techniques.  All enrolled art students are welcome to participate in our annual MAS juried art show through GICAA.  Winners compete in regional and possibly state wide art competition.

Our exercises are building blocks for skills that prepare students for future career opportunities in design and graphic arts. Our exercises are building blocks for skills that prepare students for future career opportunities in design and graphic arts.
