7th Grade Literature & Composition
This class for 7th graders in literature and composition helps students develop a love for story whether in poems, short stories, novels, or film. Students will be encouraged to be successful and confident writers by having the opportunity to edit all writing assignments for additional credit. Students will read four novels, along with a variety of age-appropriate short-stories and poems, and will complete hands-on projects related to literature and composition such as producing a newspaper, presenting scenes from plays, and developing power-point presentations.
