Grammar and Composition for 7th Grade
This intensive course will have provide student with a thorough review of the parts of speech and dive deeper into the grammar and structure of a complex sentence. Students will feel like grammar experts by the end of their seventh grade year. Students will write a variety of essays including: a research paper, a compare and contrast essay, a literary analysis, a poetry analysis, a personal narrative, and a persuasive essay. This class pairs seamlessly with Literature for the Middle School Student which will provide students with a complete language arts experience. Students should plan on spending 3 - 5 hours of homework for this class. Please read this for more information. Textbook information will be emailed to you in June.
