This course is designed to support students in developing and strengthening executive functioning skills while providing targeted academic support across their already enrolled core and elective classes. This is a structured support course, not an open study hall.

Instruction focuses on organization, time management, planning, task initiation, and follow-through. Students receive guided support in planning their academic week, managing assignments and long-term projects, and organizing materials and digital platforms.

In addition, students have structured opportunities to work on assignments, review upcoming lessons, and receive individualized academic support in areas of need. Support may include reteaching concepts, previewing material, reinforcing study strategies, and addressing skill gaps that impact academic performance.

The goal of this course is to build independence, consistency, and confidence while helping students apply executive functioning strategies directly to their daily academic work.
