In this class students will receive high level development in the game of basketball.

Skill development is the foundation of excellent play on the court. Shooting skills development covers every aspect of basketball fundamentals: advanced footwork, passing, ball-handling, defense and shooting. Sessions will focus on identifying weaknesses and developing strategies and drills. Each workout will focus on punishing weaknesses while strengthening existing abilities in order to meet individual goals. Sessions are intense and the athlete is pushed hard to accomplish their goal of improving their skill level.

The key to skills mastery is repetition. Repetitive practice of fundamental skills in the correct manner teaches the body how to perform a skill correctly. This “muscle memory” is retained in the athlete’s subconscious so that performing an athletic skill correctly requires no conscious effort. Basketball is a game of moments and if your body has not been trained to react to these moments, you will not take advantage of opportunities. We train the body to react to these basketball moments!
