Class Description

This class will teach you the fundamentals of book binding and creation.

You will learn how to create 5 books on different subjects using 5 unique binding methods:

  • Counting book - side staple
  • Alphabet book - saddle staple
  • Artist Choice book - Accordion fold
  • Journal - Multiple register saddle stitch
  • Artist Choice - Single page book

This class is open to all artistic abilities. Some of the book interiors will have a creative component but the focus is on book binding. Interior art will be produced with pencils, markers, and pens. 

This class is great if you are looking to create a one of a kind book for yourself or as a gift for a loved one.
